Shear Elegance has been turning out great hair for the past 18 years. Ashley has been a hairstylist for 24 years. After 22 years behind the chair she has taken a step back to focus on salon education and managing her growing team.

Kim Oakes, Level 4 Stylist
Kim is one of our senior level stylists and has been with our salon for 9 years. Her career experience has given her a long list of trends she excels at but formulating for stubborn grey coverage and weft style extensions are at the top of her list! She also is known for her precision haircuts and long lasting finish work.

Jessica VonWaldner, Level 4 Stylist
Jessica has been with our salon for the past 7 years. She is one of our fastest growing stylist becoming senior level in just 5 years! Her chill vibe behind the chair allows her creativity to shine and create custom color services. Lived in blondes, I-tip extensions, and long layered haircuts rank high on her list of favorites.

Alyssa Knoch, Level 1 Stylist
Alyssa’s playful personality shines from behind the chair everyday. She has been a stylist with our salon for the past 4 years. She specializes in platinum blondes, lived in color, and luxury blow outs. She loves creating custom looks using her advanced color placement techniques and exceptional finishing skills.

Katy Elmusmari, Level 2 Stylist
Katy has been with our salon for 3 years but been a stylist for over 10 years. She moved to Savannah from South Carolina with top notch hair cutting skills. She especially loves short hair, anything from a men’s cut to a stylish pixie! She also has a passion for color formulation, dimensional brunettes and reds are her favorite.

Kate recently graduated from beauty school and passed all of her board testing become a licensed cosmetologist! She is eagerly learning behind the chair with her mentor Jessica.
